Look no further for your OCMD stay because THIS IS IT. This bungalow is absolutely pristine, incredibly well cared for, and you'll feel right at home. Erika is the perfect host and went above and beyond — when we had a little trouble with the Keurig, she sent us a Starbucks gift card so we could still get our morning caffeine fix! She is highly responsive, proactive, and gave us awesome local recommendations. The back porch is serene and equipped with heaters — such a thoughtful touch for off-season visitors. 10/10 — we will absolutely be back.

Erika is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have interacted with in my 50+ Airbnb stays. Her home is centrally located in a calm, lovely neighborhood overlooking the canal, spacious even for 5 people, and thoughtfully decorated in beach theme. We kept marveling at every little detail. She was super flexible about our dog and had a whole set of toys and treats readied for him. The house rules and local attractions guide she put together is the most professional one I have come across at any Airbnb listing. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Canal Bungalow was nothing short of fantastic. What a beautifully decorated, clean, restful and restorative place this is! With its serene balcony overlooking a peaceful canal, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, cozy bedrooms, and all the amenities one could possibly ask for — you really don't need to look any further. Erika is a thoughtful and friendly hostess with excellent communication skills, and she leaves no stone unturned to ensure your stay is welcoming and enjoyable. We've already booked for next year!

I've struggled to write this review because it's an exceptional place to stay and could become so popular that future availability may be limited. If you are searching for a pet-friendly, quiet, beautifully decorated, amenity-filled vacation rental — this is the place. The Canal Bungalow is spotlessly clean and Erika has thought of everything. Forgot your toothbrush? She's got you covered. Need coffee pods, a sweet treat, or detergent? She's provided it. My family cannot wait to stay again.

Erika was truly the nicest, most responsive host we have ever had! The condo was spotless — it looked brand new. Very nice touches like leaving snacks and cold water. She allows dogs and had toys and beds for the pup. We have rented many units in this complex and this is far and away the best we have stayed in. Thank you Erika for your wonderful hospitality!

From the moment of booking I knew we were going to have a great vacation — and the bungalow did not disappoint. The home was spotless and comfortable; you go into vacation mode the moment you walk in and see the canal out back. The bungalow is well stocked, clean, and beautiful. The location was wonderful and the recommendations from Erika were A+. This has hands down been our best Airbnb experience yet. You've absolutely set the bar.

This was our 3rd year at Erika's place and we hope to kick off our summers here for many years to come. The deck is always our favorite part and the quiet location next to the park is ideal for families. We love that it's dog friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Talk about location! The park was a stone's throw away — super convenient for the young kids and our dog to burn energy. Erika has thought of everything from sunscreen to bug spray to anything you may have forgotten. She also had a wagon, chairs, and an umbrella to trek to the beach, which is a quick 5-minute walk. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back next summer!

Hands down my most favorite Airbnb ever!! Not only is this condo beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location — Erika's attention to detail is amazing. From the thoughtful welcome gift to all the touches throughout the space, and especially the extras for the dog, I don't think any other place will compare. Normally I think photos are better than reality, but this place is truly better than the pics. We will be back!!

This was quite possibly the best experience we've had staying in Ocean City! You are basically given everything for your stay outside of food and clothing — it made the trip so much easier to prep for. Erika was always responsive and willing to help with recommendations. The place was so cozy, clean, and absolutely perfect. Honestly this may have been the best place I have ever stayed in Ocean City. I would have no doubt recommending this to anyone.

Location was in the heart of everything and made getting around very convenient. One of the best parts was the comfortable beds. Erika's place is located on beautiful waterfront in a safe neighborhood. The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed — we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The outdoor patio and dock were very peaceful. No better place for morning coffee and evening crabbing! We've been coming to OCMD and Fenwick Island for over 20 years. We will definitely be back to Erika's Bungalow.

Erika and her place are both amazing. The condo is even nicer than the photos, incredibly clean, and comfortable. The patio with heaters was perfect for the off season, and the beachy touches added to the charm. Most importantly, our dog loved it — she made herself at home on the cozy dog bed and loved the treats and toys provided. Erika was quick responding to questions and proactive with suggestions. Erika is an excellent host — professional, friendly, kind, and helpful. Her home was as close to perfect as it gets. From the surrounding canal views and convenient stores and restaurants nearby, to walking into a clean, beautiful home with plenty of snacks, blankets, and even toys and games for our kids — the whole experience is well worth it, even in the offseason. Our stay was so easy and we hope to stay there again!
