Please strip beds & start laundry
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (infants included in count)
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the deck and balcony. No CBD products in the building.
- No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Ocean City noise ordinance is strictly enforced.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval — please disclose breed, size, and name when booking
- Boat dock use requires confirmation at least two weeks before arrival. Do not touch boats or the boat lift without prior permission.
- 1 parking space included. Please request permission for additional vehicles.
- The unit is on the first floor but requires stairs to enter — not wheelchair accessible.
- Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day only. Outdoor pool may be closed during off-season months.
- Please abide by all Hidden Harbour condo association rules as posted on-site.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 72 hours for a full refund. Within 72 hours, up to a 50% refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance for peak-season bookings.
